Mrs. Katz listed and sold my house for me. She was very professional and knowledge about the entire process, and offered suggestions on how to get my it sold quickly. She had a professional photographer to take pictures of my property and listed in multiple real estate websites and social media. She was patient with me through the entire process and had multiple open houses. I had a lot of viewing, because she listed the property with the perfect eye catching phrases. Mrs. Katz showed up to my closing and that was very throughtful of her. I would highly recommend Mrs to my friends and family.

Barbara is very detail oriented and does homework upfront on the market conditions in the area. She put up my house for rental with the right price and got us a tenant in a week signed up. She is very detail oriented, highlighted the pluses in the property and took pictures for the entire inside of the home.

Barbara did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of my father’sbhouse. She initially gave us an overview of the area and of comparable houses, noting that in fact, they were very few comparable houses to my father’s house, because it was unique in some of its characteristics. She recommended certain repairs and rehab projects in the house, judiciously targeting areas that would get the most return for our investment. She had numerous recommendations for trades people who could do various types of work at the house, and their work was done just as she said it would be. She pre-marketed the house very effectively and generated a great deal of interest amongst real estate agents in the area. When the time came for the house to go on the market, almost every appointment was filled for three days. And in three days, there were multiple offers on the house, all exceeding the asking price. We could not have accomplished the sale of the house so successfully without her help. I highly recommend her for any future real estate transactions that you might have. And if I had another transaction in the area, I would be calling her to hire her again.

Barbara recently sold my house and I could not be happier with her professionalism, service, and knowledge. I originally listed FSBO and was inundated by agents. Her text caught my eye by being gently inquisitive and she offered a 1.5% seller's fee. Being weary of "you get what you pay for", I researched her selling history online. I was impressed and signed with her. So glad I did. I've sold homes before with full commission agents and feel I received better service from her for a better price.
