Barbara O'Hare was incredibly helpful during our search for a Woodstock home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and really listened to what we wanted. Barbara did a thorough market analysis to help us decide how to price our house. She helped us de-clutter before showing the house so it looked great, and she was a expert advisor through the contract negotiation process. She got us two offers shortly after listing and closed the sale for more than our listing price.

Barbera was a total professional, she knows the region up and down.
