Barbara was fantastic. We ended up buying the first house she showed us after months searching with a different realtor. She was very attentive and contacted me daily through the entire process and even walked me through some of the things I needed to take care of after closing. We had not been in the real estate market in a while and needed a realtor who could bring us up-to-date on strategic negotiating and knew the market we were looking at. Barbara was recommended to us by a friend who lived in the market and immediately caught on to the style and price house we were looking for. When we had questions, Barbara was immediate in her responses and to work closely with the seller's realtor to gather details about the property. The whole process was properly managed even with some hurdles to clear before closing. I heartily recommend you talk with Barbara if you are considering property in the North Texas area.

Barbara did an amazing job with my first ever house! She made it so simple, explained everything, was with me during my panic attacks, and stuck with me even after it was all done to remind me of little things that needed to be done after closing. I highly recommend her, and the company she works for!

We weren’t from the area and were having to find a house in Texas while we were still in Pennsylvania (and fast!) Barbara worked day and night pinpointing houses that fit everything we wanted and scheduled to see them as soon as possible. She was honest, personable, and did so much for us. We are very thankful that we had Barbara as our realtor!

Barbara really knows the market. When she helped sell our home, extra effort and paperwork were required. She was on it immediately, guiding us every step of the way with her expertise. She is very knowledgeable which was a huge plus in dealing with multiple parties. Her quick response was instrumental in being able to accept the right offer for us. Barbara worked very hard on our behalf and we could not have found a better agent. She answered questions well after our closing. We are so thankful and would highly recommend Barbara, whether selling or buying!!!!!!!
