I am a first time homeowner because of Barry. I was very comfortable and didn’t feel rushed. He was very patient with mywife and I. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I can go on and on but is was a beautiful experience. I highly recommend his service.

Very knowledgeable, fast, didn’t waste our time, and didn’t “sell us a house”. Barry listen to what we wanted and guided us through the process. Even when we was undecided he encouraged us to do what was right for our family. We’ve had 5 realtors and Barry toppled them all!

Unethical agent. Horrible negotiator and lied to us about houses being off the market because he did not want to take time out of his day. Unprofessional and worked against us instead of with us. When we decided to cancel a home we were negotiating because of excessive repairs that were needed. He went to the house to count defective windows and missed 4 windows and two patio doors. Approximately 10 k in additional repairs that was not negotiated into our price. When we asked him to cancel our offer he kept the seller waiting for several weeks afterwards hoping he would salvage the deal. (very unfair to seller). He would wait days to submit an offer and became a hostile agent to work with. He then started lying about homes having accepted offers and that the owners are not having showing even though the listing agents said that was not the case. I wished he would have excused himself from our agreement but he did not. If you can't trust you real estate agent you should not use them and that is why we got rid of him. I am sure he will respond and make up lies of how great of an agent he was but buyers and sellers should be aware. Working with him in the beginning and at the end was like night and Day. I hate to call someone a fraud but what he says can not be trusted I hope he is not sick. That would explain his Hostility

Barry is very knowledgable and experienced in his profession. His negotiating skills are exceptional and he is always ready and available when i call. I will use Barry again if the need arises and I would highly recommend him to others.

After years of searching for a 3 bedroom apartment near downtown White Plains at the right price, Barry was able to work his magic as he helped us find a place with beautiful patio/garden with a poolside view! I remember doing our last walk through before our contract signing, the seller of our apartment mentioned she was looking for a home. Barry masterfully mentioned all the best places around the area she will be moving to and made her smile when he said that she could get a mini-ranch in those areas. He is very good at what he does and we definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor in the area!

Barry helped me and my wife purchase our first home. He made this process very easy. He also referred some great people to help us with inspection, loans, and legal advice. He was very responsive to the many questions we had. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Although Barry is the contact agent and his phone number is advertised as the contact agent of homes in foreclosure, Barry has no knowledge of these homes. he can not show them, does not know of them, has no listing information, and was very rude to me.

He made sure I was comfortable and ensured I grasped all subject matters. Treating me with absolute respect. Barry was a professional from start to finish. He was EXTREMELY supportive, any hours, any where, he made time and got back to you -immediately. My hectic work hours- didnt phase him one bit.I felt confident, and was educated in the process, having barry in my corner.
