When I first contacted Barry, the conversation was easy. He listened, processed what I said and then the “fun” started. An email was sent out to me with a few cc’s in it. (Their domain is “teamPaley”). I laughed at the “rah rah” nature of the email and thought that they put on a good show....Let me tell you.... it’s real. “Team Paley” is just that. Anything I needed outside of the purchase of my home, they were able to get for me. Their network of talented professionals is unlike anything I’ve ever seen..... Mortgage broker? No problem. Appraisal? They know a guy. Home inspection? How’s tomorrow for you?Real estate lawyer? Done. They’re a team of caring professionals who added a genuine personal touch to the whole experience. Buying a home is an interesting combination of stress, excitement, backaches, waiting, and then a mad dash to the finish line. Team Paley had my back and kept the whole process moving forward. Barry and his team were incredible. We went through a few agents before we found him and it was obvious early on he was a cut above the competition. He’s knowledgeable and patient. I really felt like he cared more abt finding us the right home then getting a commission. Somehow he worked to get the house of our dreams even after we thought it wasn’t possible. Barry helped us through every step and adapted quickly and whole heartedly when circumstances changed. I only rated 4 stars for negotiation b/c we didn’t ask him to negotiate the price down. He did go above and beyond to get us the opportunity to secure the home which is what was most important to us! Barry is a joy to be around. It’s like looking for a home w your favorite uncle. He’s a gentleman through and through. I would recommend him to anyone and feel comfortable knowing they’re working w the best.

We were introduced to Barry by our lender, and he and his team did not disappoint us at all. The first time we spoke on the phone, I was surprised that my office is in the same building (actually the same floor) as Barry’s office. For our first meeting, I just walked across the lobby to his office. During our first meeting, Barry was very professional, and he explained our options and the action plan to get us our dream home. He called one of his team members (Keesha), and the team went to work right away. The process of searching and viewing homes was not as simple as we thought. But Keesha was relentless until she found us a home that we desired. Rain, snow, or shine, she was ready and willing to go out with us. Moreover, she was very punctual for all our appointments. Team Paley worked tirelessly to ensure that we closed before our rate lock expired. Keesha was with us throughout the closing and ensured that we had all we needed for a smooth takeover of our new home. We highly recommend Barry and his team.

Barry, Lucas and Matt are a phenomenal team. At every point of the process I literally felt like I was their only client due to the speed of their communications back to me. The biggest complaint I can honestly say about most real estate agents is that you feel you get lost in the cracks and they do not communicate with you fast enough, at no point did I ever feel this with Barry and his team.I am also grateful that they never once wasted my time showing me houses that were out of my range. They listened to my priorities, sized up the situation successfully and only showed me homes that where feasible, and in the end they delivered.I was so happy with their service that I recommended them to my sister and they have since successfully sold her home as well as got her into a new home.I highly recommend using Barry and his team for your real estate needs you will not be disappointed with their service

Barry and his son, Lucas, were so helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our home. As first-time home buyers, they helped us navigate the entire process. Barry did a terrific job helping us find our home. He was referred through a family member and their recommendation didn’t disappoint.
