About Beau Ballard

Beau grew up in the small town of Rosebud, TX. He met his wife, Erica, in college in
Abilene. After graduation they lived in the Houston area for a few years and could not wait
to move back to the Waco area. Beau is very family oriented with three wonderful children,
where they now live in Robinson. Beau has 15 years of experience in church ministry and
knows the importance of making your home a great place to raise a family. He knows the
importance of listening to his clients and assisting them to find their perfect home in one of
the many outstanding communities in the Waco area. He would love to help you find just
the right place in Waco! In his spare time he loves working on his farm, spending time
outdoors with his family, yelling at the TV screen while watching the Dallas Cowboys, and
enjoying all that Waco has to offer!
