I enjoy assisting others in selling or purchasing their homes. My father was into Real Estate up north, and he and I were peas & Carrots, he gave me a love for Real Estate as we worked together for years investing in multifamilies, and managing them. After he passed away, which broke my heart, I decided I needed a career in the sales part of Real Estate in SC. It is good for me getting out, and being with people. I relocated here from Petersham, Ma. a small Norman Rockwell kind of town located in Central Ma. I spent my summers on Cape Cod with my family as a child, which gave me a true love for the ocean. I LOVE the Charleston area in SC. The water, the harbor, downtown, the intercostal waterway, and the beaches. I feel truly at home in the charming area. For you Northerners, Charleston is very much like Boston. I call it Boston South. LOL!

Charleston and the surrounding area is beautiful. I can show you homes by land or by sea. My husband is an avid boater, which gives me the unique opportunity to list, and sell homes on the waterfront arriving by boat. My husband loves to be the Captain as he looks for any excuse to be on the water. I have two amazing daughters who also moved to SC for College. One attended MUSC in Charleston, and the other attended USC in Columbia. In the last five years since we moved here, life has changed. Both daughters have graduated, Mollie graduated with her masters in bio-medical and now works for MUSC. She also got married, having her dream southern wedding at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, and is now expecting twins. The other also graduated, and is planning on Attending MUSC to work on her doctorate as a nurse practitioner. With both daughters attending colleges in SC. it seemed like a no brainer to move here.
