We would highly recommend Ben Whitt to a Seller or Buyer because he has helped us sell our home and worked with us all along the home building process which allowed us to build/buy our best house yet. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great example of how someone should provide customer service. He always returned phone call or texts in a timely manner making us feel like we mattered. I will continue to use Ben for all our real estate needs!

In late 2014, we decided to move to the Burlington, NC area to be closer to our daughter and grandchildren. We were referred to Ben and were very pleased with his knowledge of the real estate market. Ben Whitt was our realtor as we tried to sell our home, as well as our realtor for the beautiful home we purchased. Ben is a wonderful realtor and was very patient with us as we wanted to look at various properties- again and again. He is very knowledgable and told us what we needed to do to our house to list it. We have experienced other realtors, who were too busy to take calls or respond to emails. Ben was prompt and was there for us every step of the way. Thanks to him, we are living in our dream house. Ben Whitt was a great realtor. He has good contacts in the area that helped us get the house ready to sell without spending a lot of money. For example, we had an oil tank issue and he got it resolved for us without it being costly and in a timely manner. He also got back to us with information and answers to questions quickly. If you're searching for a home in the Burlington/Western Alamance area, Ben Whitt is the man to see. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and I had heard all kinds of horror stories about how stressful the process really is. That wasn't the case with Ben. Not only did he simplify and streamline the process for us, but he made us feel very comfortable in looking for homes that matched our criteria and price range. We started looking at / touring houses around mid January and he helped us find our house by early February. The house had literally been on the market for one day, and he had us in there looking at it the same week. Most realtors just parade around telling you about the selling points on a property, but Ben acted like he was buying the property too in the way that he checked all the plumbing, HVAC, crawl space, etc. Whenever we had a question (we had lots of them), he responded quickly and honestly. We closed on our house in late March. We absolutely love our new house and we're so eager to show it off to our friends and family. These days it's hard to find a realtor that you can trust, and I've already started referring Ben to my friends when they start their own searches for the perfect house.
