As a first time buyer Ben was very helpful in educating me on the real estate world. We purchased the first condo he showed us. We had a lot of issues along the way from the sellers, mortgage company, and seller's title company but Ben was there for us the whole time. He also responded quickly to deal with any and all issues. He was very knowledgable and gave us great advice. Even two months after the sale I had to contact him and he was Prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. He is a great realtor and has become a friend. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Quick response to every question I had and if he didn't know the answer he found it almost as quick! Great communication through. Pushed for every option I wanted no matter how small of a detail! Would recommend 100X over THANKS AGAIN BEN!

Benjamin helped me and my fiancé buy our first home! He worked so hard on our behalf. We thought we had found the house for us early in our home looking process but upon closer inspection the foundation was severely damaged. Benjamin was quick to cheer me up and the next day we were looking at houses again! We put an offer on a short sale house and he always kept us in the loop and fought for us diligently. I feel like we found not only a great realtor but a friend.

Took care of problems before they arose. My sale occurred with me being out of state and it was still very easy. All problems were handled efficiently and both the seller and buyer were happy.
