Bernard was raised in Chicago with (7) siblings. As a child, Bernard had aspirations of being a soldier and after graduating from high school spent (6) yrs in the Us Army with a Honorable Discharge. Bernard was taught at a young working on his grandmothers farm during summer breaks, that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Bernard worked his way from roofing journeyman to foreman within (10) years, then left Chicago and went to Florida for an Apprenticeship service manager program, while there was invited to attend a marketing seminar which put me on the path to eventually becoming a real estate agent. Never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.

Then was relocated again to Louisiana where I worked with a real estate investor and shared a few of my ideals with him from my seminar in Florida and he love it. ( Speaker Name I Can't Reveal) After the project was done using some of my ideals and a nice profit was made. A light went off in my head saying this is my gift /specialty helping peoples market projects / properties for the most amount of profit. While working with the real estate investor my resume was still on the internet and was reviewed by a company in Oklahoma and hired me to fly all over the United States representing the company an attending all pre-construction meeting and was relocated again to Houston in 2012. To much flying resigned went and got my real estate license. And now a Target Marketing Expert specialty expired listing, for sale by owner, and foreclosures. Bernard still live here in Houston with his wife and (3) children and granddaughter. Free time, love cooking, sports and listening to smooth jazz and taking great vacations!!!
