Bernard did an amazing job and still is, by helping us finalize a loose end. As an out of state Realtor myself, I would use Bernard again and would highly recommend him to others! He helped us navigate through the different process of buying a townhouse in Florida - I've learned a lot and not all States do everything the same. Any questions I had he answered and did not make me feel dumb for asking them. He has been very responsive and has taught me a lot about pools as well in Florida. So, long story short I would not hesitate to use Bernard again, and hopefully we will again someday! Thank you Bernard!

Highly recommended, good communication throughout and very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.As a resident of the UK , it was important we had good communication and more importantly trusted him in due process.I had personally me Bernard in 2017 and was impressed when he was showing another property, I kept his details and used him successfully in the sale of our property.
