Buying a home can be lengthy and stressful. Even more if everything is done by email only and at a 12 hour difference. Bernardo was always on top of the case when I had any questions or concerns. He always looked AL all the possibilities and recommended the best option, while still letting me consider all others. All in all, he helped me locked down a valuable home for a great price.

Bernie helped find the condo we purchased 2 years ago and provided just awesome service. Even though this was not a large commission job for him ( under $100,000 sale ) he worked as hard for us as if it were a half million dollar home. He was always accessible and responded promptly to any question or request. Kept constant contact via email, text and telephone. I'm soon to be in the market for a larger home and Bernie is my man!

Bernie Roman helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we look at homes over 6 to 7 months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.

In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Bernie was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, patient, sincere, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.
