I have lived in the Tulsa area, specifically in Broken Arrow, since 1989. I have been married to my wife, Pat, for over 40 years and we have two grown daughters and one grandson. I have been a Tulsa Real Estate agent with Chinowth & Cohen since 2005. Since then I have helped hundreds of families buy and/or sell homes worth a total of more than $20 million. Before that I worked at a company brokering new and used broadcast television production equipment across the US, Europe, and North and South America. During my fifteen years at that job I set a sales record that will never be broken. I would not have been able to have this kind of success if people didn’t like the way I treat them.

We could not have prepared, listed, or sold our family home as efficiently or effectively without Bert Williams leading the way. We inherited our family home in Broken Arrow and within hours after calling Bert, he provided us all the information we needed to sell; sent a staging consultant to help us prep the house; and had the home photographed and listed within one day. The house was empty and we were living out of town and Bert took care of EVERYTHING. Amazing! Within 60 days the house was sold for our asking price. We could not be happier.

Enjoyed working with Bert Williams on the sale of my condominium. He was very knowledgeable of the condominium market and worked diligently to keep me informed on my listing.
