About Bert Williams

Choosing a Real Estate agent can be unsettling. If you get the wrong one the experience can be a very bad one. If you get the right one it can make your move so much easier and even fun, if you can believe that!

I have lived in the Tulsa area, specifically in Broken Arrow, since 1989. I have been married to my wife, Pat, for over 40 years and we have two grown daughters and one grandson. I have been a Tulsa Real Estate agent with Chinowth & Cohen since 2005. Since then I have helped hundreds of families buy and/or sell homes worth a total of more than $20 million. Before that I worked at a company brokering new and used broadcast television production equipment across the US, Europe, and North and South America. During my fifteen years at that job I set a sales record that will never be broken. I would not have been able to have this kind of success if people didn’t like the way I treat them.

Just two of the comments from my clients:

I am very thankful for your understanding and willingness to stay with me throughout the whole process of purchasing a new home. It has been a wonderful experience working with you. Good luck and more sales in the future!-

Warren Jones

Bert was VERY helpful and knowledgeable.  We had never been through the process of selling a home.  Bert explained everything, step by step, so well, that both Julie and I had a complete understanding of how it all worked and what was the process would be start to finish.  Our experience really was that good.

You might be more interested in asking your own questions about me so at your request I will provide names and contact information for some other clients you can personally call for a reference. All of them have consented to be contacted so your call will not be unwelcome.

I hope all of this information will help you feel comfortable with me as your full time Real Estate agent for your next Real Estate move. There are a lot of agents out there. I believe I am one of the best you can use. I hope you’ll give me the chance to prove it to you.
