I have now been in business since 1999 and work with buyers and sellers in TN and N.GA area. Before becoming a realtor I managed apartments for several years. I was the President of the Chattanooga Apartment Association. My heart goes with KW cares. I think it is very important to give back to the community. I specialize in Golf course communities, but work all properties. My hobby is golf.
With the real estate market the way it is now here in 2011 I decided to take a course to learn more on short sales, loan modifications, and to help buyers through the short sale process so I became a Certified Distress Property Expert. Lisa is the consummate professional with great knowledge of the area. She is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. Lisa did an excellent job of marketing and selling our home in 2004. Presently she is assissting us in locating a smaller home.in the area. Lias can be counted on to be there when you need her.
