Betsy Taber is the most knowledgable and personable real estate agent we know. When we bought our house several years ago, she patiently took account of our priorities and interests and range of price, plotted ten houses that fit the bill, saw us pleasantly through the closing processes and has remained a friend and consultant ever after. We found Betsie to be highly professional and responsive to our needs. We called her on a Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock and asked if she would show us a house for the second time, she met us there an hour later. We were still on the phone at 10 pm putting together the details of our offer. Now we own the house! That is typical of our experience with Betsie throughout the transaction and we would not hesitate to call upon her again for help with future real estate transactions. In addition, she is just a really pleasant person to be around!

Bought both of my house's and made sure Betsie was my agent. My daughter and son inlaw just bought a new home 3weeks ago Betsie was there agent also. She does a great job from start to finish. I'll also will be useing her in the sale of my villa soon.

Betsy Taber is a true professional and is very knowledgeable of what is going on in the area concerning real estate. She is responsive to following up after open houses to make the seller aware of feedback. She is aware of other comparable houses for sale in the area in order to make good comparisons. She passes on all comments from potential buyers whether they be good or bad. Great to work with and is knowledgeable of available resources to deal with any needed repairs. Betsie was such a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable and efficient in the process of showing, negotiating, selling and closing of our home. She goes 'above and beyond' the call of duty in so many ways, such as the many trips she made to check on our home after realtors visited if we were out of town on business (which happened frequently). She was also very responsive to our needs and the demands of the unique situation of the broken contract by the first buyers and the two unique 'inspection' reports that we had to deal with. We were so impressed with how timely she was in answering calls or emails. She also helped us 'fill the gap' in the period between the sale of our home and the beginning of our rental period. She is so personable and will always continue to be our friend. We think very highly of her.
