I would recommend Betsy to anyone. Very knowledgeable realtor. Will keep you informed. Quick to respond.I bought one house and sold one with her. She knows her stuff. It's also great to have someone that's also a lawyer reading the fine print before you sign it.

Betsy helped us both sell our old home and purchase our new one. She helped us price and show our previous home so effectively that we were able to sell it in 11 days and received our asking price!With the purchase of our new home, Betsy negotiated with the builder to get the price lower than we actually expected to pay.Betsy is great with all of the details regarding the buying and selling of homes. Because she is so detail oriented, we were confident that everything would go smoothly...and it did.

We are so glad we chose Betsy as our realtor. Our situation was a little more complicated as our previous home of 21 years was taken by eminent domain due to a road widening. She helped us negotiate a better price for our house and worked diligently to find us a new home which was not easy as we had 2 failed contracts due to repair issues before we finally found the best home for us. Since we were forcefully displaced, we were eligible for relocation assistance from the county and Betsy worked directly with the relocation specialist to make sure we met all the requirements and deadlines to get the maximum possible benefits. This was a very stressful and overwhelming process for our family but we had the best outcome possible because of Betsy's expertise as a realtor and an attorney. We have been home owners for more than 20 years and when we decided to sell our home, we opted to lease while we look for our next home purchase. Leasing is not fun and we are so glad that we had Betsy on our side. Betsy was able to provide us with enough information for an informed decision and just when we were getting ready to sign a lease, they leased to someone else. It was nice to see that Betsy was just as disappointed as we were but she kept us on task and jumped right back in there trying to find us something else. We were under tight time constrictions but Betsy never tired of helping us research the next group of homes. She was always willing to work with our schedule when looking at the homes in person as well. Betsy made sure our interests were protected once we finally reached an agreement with an owner and it was extremely helpful to have a real estate agent that is also an attorney watching out for us. Her knowledge of the market and the law proved invaluable! We loved how Betsy fought to put things in the contract that were important to us and advised us on other items where we were not knowledgeable. Betsy took the time to understand what we wanted and it was so nice to feel like we had someone we could count on! We will soon be in the market to purchase again and we wouldn't even think about tackling that task without Betsy on our team!

Betsy did an amazing job for us and was an absolute Godsend. I can say right now that we would not have a house if not for her efforts. We were first time home buyers on a very strict deadline, with limited availability / time because we were getting married, traveling internationally for our honeymoon, moving, and starting a new job all within the same 6 week time frame. To accomplish all of these things while buying a new house would have been unrealistic under most circumstances, but we had a realtor in Betsy who went the extra mile on our behalf, and she helped make our goals achievable. We had 2-3 weeks to find a house in a frustratingly hot market on the other side of town (the kind where multiple houses have already been sold for above listing price before you can even get someone on the phone to schedule a visit). With Betsy's help, we were able to get a bid in and complete the option period prior to our wedding, and close on a house exactly one month after our wedding date! Throughout the entire process, Betsy was persistent, available for us, responsive to our questions, and extremely prompt in terms of scheduling house visits, submitting bids, communicating, and getting documentation in order. She was especially good for us as first time homebuyers because she genuinely cared about getting us a place to live, and went out of her way to educate and teach us while shepherding us through the complexities of the real estate transaction. I would highly recommend her without reservation.
