Betty assisted in the sale of my home which was listed by another agent. She wrote the offer and after we accepted, listed the prospective buyer's home at a reasonable price. When a secondary offer on our home was accepted, she counseled her Buyer on the options. They then removed their contingency to sell there house. We were building and did not want a fast closing and it turned out that the Buyer sold there home before closing on ours. All of this was handled in a very professional manner
