Beverly George a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex, is an awesome real estate agent.  At the start, she spent hours at our house answering questions and providing objective data regarding homes selling in our area.  We were concerned that our house would be difficult to sell because (1) house 20 years old, (2) foundation issues, (3) needed plenty of upgrades.  But Beverly assured us that she could  and would sell our house.  She made the process really easy and even had a professional photographer come out and take pictures and a lot more.  As a matter of fact, we were very impressed with the pictures when finished.
