About Bianca Tinsley

I have a passion for real estate and I am a full time realtor. I graduated from MTSU in May 2009 with a bachelors degree in Marketing and a concentration in Sales. I am constantly staying on top of my education, because real estate is a learning based business. You can count on me to have the latest knowledge of my area and the industry.

I enjoy helping buyers find the perfect home and sellers successfully sell their homes for top dollar and move on to the next step in their journey. Many of my sales techniques involve internet marketing: twitter, facebook, linked in craigslist, you name it! 90% of buyers are starting their home search online, so having a strong online presence and a great agent WILL get your home SOLD. Communication is key: it is my number one priority. You will never feel out of the loop or neglected. I maintain constant contact with my buyers & sellers.

I have a special buyer program that has worked on many buyers to help streamline the home buying process & save you time & stress. I make the home buying process fun & exciting! If you would like an outline of my home buyers program please contact me today.

I look forward to earning your business. Buyers my services come completely free of charge to you. Please contact me today and let me help you find the perfect home, or show you how easy it is to put a SOLD sign in your yard.
