Bija deserves more than just 5 stars! We were the average first-time home buyers i.e anxious with loads of questions & concerns. Bija focused on educating us with the operational aspects of the process ( I am talking beyond the Google searches) and understanding our needs. Bija was always available and patient in answering all our questions. She went the extra mile in making this a personal endeavor and importantly a fun experience. She is very thorough, diligent and adept with the housing market. She kept an active communication channel with us during the entire process. We trusted her 100%. She was very persistent while negotiating the price of our house.She works only with the best and all her recommendations (legal advisor, home inspector etc) have been fantastic and trustworthy. This made the home buying process very stress-free. We highly recommend working with Bija! P.S: She has great ideas for interior designing – something she doesn’t market but we would definitely endorse her for that. ??Keep Calm & Stay with Bija!

My husband and I have worked twice with Bija Satterlee as our Buyer’s Agent and HIGHLY recommend her! I’d give her ten stars if I could! During our first time buying in 2010, Bija walked us step-by-step through the loan process, accompanied us to numerous open houses and private viewings, taught us how to negotiate a successful offer on a place in Arlington, and kept us on track through all the dizzying details until closing. We were so happy in our condo for many years. This past Spring 2018, as our young son was growing up, we decided to find a larger home. We connected again with Bija; we did not even consider working with another agent. This time, Bija sat down with us and educated us on how the market has changed since our last purchase, what we might expect in our price range, and our options for doing a buy/sell. Over the weeks, she broke down this overwhelming experience into doable parts, and she was available to us for guidance anytime-- even late at night and on weekends. Though we had a few unsuccessful bids in this tight market, Bija always saw the positive learning experiences that grew out of them. Eventually, we found a gorgeous old farmhouse in Carlisle that captured our hearts! There were once again multiple offers, and we were discouraged, but Bija worked hard to stay in communication with the seller’s agent so that we could stay competitive. I’m still not sure what magic she rendered, but the sellers chose us – and accepted $35,000 UNDER our final offer. Since then, she has shared with us her contacts for floor renovation companies, handymen, designers, etc. Bija has a sharp mind, great organizational and communication skills, and warm heart. She is, in short, the very best in the business! We will be reaping the benefits of Bija’s remarkable efforts for many years to come.

I can't emphasize enough how great it was working with Bija. I found myself in a bit of a jam and she was did a fantastic job guiding me through the sale of my home. She was always on the ball and did a great job communicating with me every step of the way. Five stars all around and I would definitely hire her again in a heartbeat.

Bija is truly amazing! We had outgrown our condo and were looking for a larger single family home in a nearby area. Bija made the whole daunting process so much easier! She sat down with us at the very beginning and listened carefully to our needs and concerns. She accompanied us to many open houses and rapidly arranged private viewings whenever necessary. She very quickly picked up on exactly what we were looking for and led us to the perfect home in Concord. Throughout the process she identified things we should look out for in the properties we were considering, bringing both positive and negative aspects to our attention. Due to Bija's care and professionalism, the purchase went very smoothly. She has continued to provide us with invaluable advice, information and contacts within the area following our move. Bija is outstanding! We were looking to sell our condo in Arlington and contacted Bija following recommendation from a neighbor. She provided excellent advice on how to prepare our home for the sale and put great effort into staging the property for the open house. She understood the market and sold our property - well above asking price - in a single weekend! I would recommend Bija without hesitation!

We've come to know Bija well the last two years, first as the Realtor who helped us sell our house at full price in one weekend, then as our landlady for two year as we contemplated where to buy a house in retirement. Bija is hands-down the best real estate professional in the area and certainly the best I’ve encountered in multiple home purchases. Oh my god! Bija is amazing.. her negotiation and conflict resolution skills are amazing. She knows Lexington area very well but helped us with other neighborhood as well. Highly recommend her :)
