Bill Howell, is a US Navy Veteran, and licensed contractor who has built hundreds of homes over the past 40 years. My experience in building homes and my enjoyment of being a contractor led me to be a real estate agent (realtor). I am passionate about helping families and individuals and I am confident that my extensive work background will make your homeownership journey a pleasant one. In addition to my real estate and contracting background, I'm also a licensed independent insurance agent, with 15-year experience.
Sophie Howell, originally from Brevard County, grew up in Cocoa, FL, and attended Cocoa High School - "Go Tigers"! I have two degrees, a teaching degree from Brevard County and a Dental Hygiene degree from Valencia College. In addition to my education, I am a wife, a mom, and a happy grandma or as we say in Greek, “Yia-Yia”. As the many facets of my life have molded me to enjoy living, I have learned to trust God and love people. As realtors, our goal is to work with you to make your vision of a home become reality. Our motto is, “we want to put the 'real' in real estate." We want to make your experience painless and hope to become friends in our venture to find you a home, not just a house.

Bill is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He found us exactly what we wanted and negotiated a good price for us even in this current sellers market. He will walk you through the entire buying process from pre-approval of a mortgage until the end of the closing on your new home. I highly recommend Bill and I would use him again in the future if the need arises.

Bill was very helpful in helping me find an office to rent! I told him what I was looking for, and he found exactly what I needing in no time at all. Bill Howell was our agent for buying a house in Titusville FL in 2022. He has history building houses and was a great resource when it came to inspections. My Fiancee and i had a great experience with Bill. Bill was there to get us the house not only we wanted but one of quality.
