Absolutely the best of four realtors we've used to buy/sell homes in Destin over the past 16 years! This time we were looking to return to a long-term home instead of vacation homes. Terry kept us up-to-date on available properties and would easily modify his "targeted homes" as we would mention properties elsewhere. He helped us find the perfect place for raising a family (strong schools and community) and with access to all the things we believe makes living in Destin amazing. Best of all he hit the offering price just about perfect. Looking back over nearly a year of ownership he got us in just shy of 10% below the Zestimate and sales over the following six months supported a higher sales price...now that's vision!

Terry managed our rental property in Destin for the last ten years. He was always very knowledgeable about the rental market and made continuous suggestons to help us improve our rental activity. He also assisted in the sale of our rental house in May. i cannot say enough about Terry and would urge anyone in the Destin rental market to contact him for property management or realtor activities

I met with Terry Edwards in regards to a home for rent recently, and he was very nice and professional in person and at the time. Unfortunately, when I further inquired on the home he corrected me on a technicality that he thought was in error. Based on my own knowledge and experience, and .gov site research, I believed incorrect. When I politely (excessively so, actually) stated I thought he was in error he lashed out on me by email in an exceptionally unprofessional manner. If this is how he responds to people, then I have no interest in working with him or his agency - and could not recommend him/it to anyone else either.

Terry was a pleasure to work with in our vacation home house hunt. He was knowledgable about homes in the area and all of the little extras/costs associated with owning and renting a vacation house. He was quick to pick up on just what we were looking for so that our search was not a long drawn out process. He even did all the little extras that helped the whole close process go smoothly.
