I'm still working with Bill as I write this review, but he has been the best realtor I've ever made contact with. He's diligent, kind, hilarious, knowledgeable and keeps client's best interest in mind. I'm not a home owner or a seller, but a renter... and he's shown me just as much attention as I assume he would a buyer/seller - which is almost rare. William Liederman did a great job helping me got my first multi family property. He went above and beyond to make sure that the seller put everything in order before we close. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family taking the journey of house buying to him. Communication is great with him, never left a stone unturned.

Had an appointment for 9:45 am. At about 9:35 am, almost 15 mins after I reached the location waiting for him, he messaged that he'll be another 30 mins late. Very unprofessional.

Bill is the best broker we've ever worked with. He's very knowledgeable in all areas of New Jersey. We started looking for a house during the pandemic and we thought we were smart and that they'd be no competitions, boy, were we so wrong! We were working with a buyer's broker but felt they did not give us the care or attention we deserve. You could say, we had a low budget and were looking for a specific kind of property. We got discouraged after losing so many bidding wars and were about to give up that's when we called Bill. Bill was relentless. He sent us listings, scheduled tours, and basically went above and beyond to make sure we find the house we were looking for. He was always on top of planning and communication. He treated us like we were the number one customer. We really appreciated everything he did for us and would definitely use him again when we're ready to buy our next home.

William Liederman is an amazing agent that became a good friend. He extremely helpful in finding us find a home when we were making a BIG out of state move and needed a Phase 1 rental property. Then later when we were ready to upgrade he tirelessly searched and spent many hours scouring the market to help us find the right properties that checked all the boxes on our list.
