In 2012 when I was looking for a condo to purchase in Fort Myers, FL I came in contact with Bill Minor. I have never been more impressed and satisfied with a realtor than I was with him. I have bought and sold many homes over the years, not only in Florida, but in Wisconsin and Nevada, and I have never had a realtor as professional, detail oriented and totally organized as he is. In 2014, when I decided to put the Condo I purchased in 2012 up for sale, I knew the only realtor I wanted to list my property with was Bill Minor. He will go above and beyond to make your buying or selling experience the best you've ever had! I would highly recommend him.

Bill listens carefully to your requirements and then patiently and methodically searches for the perfect house for you. He cheerfully sorts out the available listings and sends the right houses for your needs.When I got lost on the confusing new local streets, he met me at a place I could find to reduce my stress level. It took a while to find the right house at the right price. Unlike your average realtor who just wants their commission after doing an average job, he did not pressure me into buying something I did not want and could not afford. He understands the McGregor corridor and the surrounding Fort Myers area, and knows where the most appreciation would occur so I maximized my investment. I got a lot of house for my money! I would highly encourage anyone who is looking to purchase, or sell a home to contact Bill. He is upfront, honest, and never once during the selling or buying of our home, did we feel like we weren't a part of the process. He kept us informed every step of the way. He had potential buyers for our home almost immediately, and had our home sold before we even put the sign in the front yard! Also, he helped us through the negotiation process during the sale, and we sold our home for more than we were asking! He also helped us negotiate the purchase of our new home and used his knowledge and expertise of the area to get our family into a home that fits our needs, in the area we wanted, for a price we could afford. I wouldn't trust a decision as big as our families home to anyone other than Bill.

We had been looking at home on line contacted some Real Estate people who never got back to us. Bill is patient, knowledgable and responsive to all emails or phone calls. He responds right away and will let you know if he needs to look further into the answer to a question. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us houses within the prince range we were looking to purchase. With his help and expertise we were able to purchase a house that was exactly what we were looking for and within our price range.

Our experience with Bill Minor exceeded my expectations by far! He was so knowledgeable about the area, market, and process of purchasing a home. My husband and I were less than a few months away from getting married when we asked Bill to be our realtor. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all areas that we were looking at for our home in Cape Coral. We were coming from Colorado and had absolutely no idea of the area and Bill made it very easy to decide on what we needed ,I highly recommend him.

Bill showed me exactly what I asked him to. Fortunately none were what I really wanted. He then suggested I look in a little different place and within 2 days I found the perfect place within my budget and am happy to say it's been 3 years of happiness.Great job Bill
