If you are looking to purchase a home or sell ,Bill is the guy!! He was very integral part of our home buying process. My wife and I met Bill for the first time 10/6/18, when we went to the subdivision where he was showing a model home. Although the model home was beautiful, it wasn't quite what we were looking for. When we mentioned a home that we'd seen earlier that caught our eye, he not only assisted us with our needs, two day later we were informed the house was ours. Best agent ever!!! we were thinking about building but didn't have time to wait, Bill took us to a house that was 90% finished and was everything we asked for and more. the process went so smooth and he knew our lender he got us in our in 30 days as promised. we currently enjoying our brand new home thanks to Bill!!!!
