Another great tool is Recent Home Sales, this will give you an ongoing report showing the value of your home or the home you want to buy compared to other homes in that neighborhood.  You will see homes for sale and recently sold homes.  It taps into up-to-the minute MLS data to answer some of the most pressing questions asked by today’s inquisitive consumers, including:

  • What is the supply of unsold homes in my neighborhood?
  • How fast are homes selling right now?
  • How do actual selling prices compare to listing prices?
  • How do these trends affect my home worth?

Go to Home Search and choose Home Values, and begin receiving your market report within 30 minutes.  No one will contact you, unless you request to be!
