We could not have found our new home without Binali. Binali recently oversaw the sale of our home and made the process completely painless for us. She listed it at the right price, did multiple showings and open houses. Binali was like family from beginning to end (and even now) during our house search. Her experience and knowledge of the market and community is undeniable. She was very patient and present at all viewings unless out of town. With every listing we saw, she had great points of views on what worked and what didn’t for our family since we had very specific needs. She also came through for us in negotiating during the buying and inspection process and easy transition. we finalised the deal on our house in livingston exactly a year back. the advice that Binali and Sharon gave during the course of the transaction still rings in our head. Binali has superb knowledge of the localities where we were looking to buy. what was refreshing was that she never forced us on the offer amount or pushed us to buy a particular house. at the same time if a particular place was not advisable, she would strongly suggest against it. for eg : we thanked and remembered her during the recent flooding. Once the offer was accepted, she fought on behalf of us as if we are her own kids & ensured that all the factors were considered.
