About Bob Koechlin

I began my real estate career a decade ago buying, upgrading and selling homes that needed a little tender loving care.  That knowledge of how sellers can maximize their profit, and knowing what buyers are truly looking for, has been essential in helping people make one of the most important investments of their lives.   I know how critical the right house is to a family, pets and the people who come together to enjoy it.  My local expertise and extensive knowledge of the area can give you the confidence to know you are making a wise design.   With a degree in art therapy and counseling, I believe effective communication is a key to making the process go smoothly. I also believe that giving back to others is a lifestyle and commitment. Building these strong relationships has given me a unique perspective of people that will help guide you through the home selling and buying process.  I'd be honored to assist you. Life is short.  My job is to find you the right home and the best price for your current one, in the least amount of time.

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. Why in the world would you pay someone 6% commission on the total sale price of your home, just so that they can set up a couple signs in the yard and do some paperwork? On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...

The Do’s And Don’ts Of The Real Estate Code Of Ethics

In the real estate business, it’s no secret that flexible morals have had a presence in the field since the very beginning.
