Bob went above and beyond in helping us with the purchase of our home and the moving process. He worked with us in everyway that we asked. Going as far as to work on our calendar and even stored some items for us.

In this day and age of people taking short cuts, Bob Rosene didn't. He went above and beyond what my normal expectations are of a real estate agent. If you want someone who has your best interests at heart, this is the guy you want. I can't say enough good things about Bob and the phenomenal job he did for my fiancé and I during our new construction purchase. Bob was very responsive whether it was morning, noon or night. He was always available to answer any questions that we had and his communication skills between the builder and us were second to none. Do yourself a favor and hire Bob Rosene to represent you.

Bob was very professional and went out of his way to make the sale of our home and consequent purchase of new home happen. We were very pleased with Bob's expertise and knowledge of local market.

Bob was our agent in a 6 month short sale purchase. We live out of state and Bob kept in constant contact with all the players of the contract and kept us well informed of the current situation. He would visit the short sale negotiator on a regular basis to get current information and ensure the sale was at the forefront of her operation.
Since we were out of town, Bob also willingly worked with local contractors we were working with to get them access to the house so that when we did close, we had all of our contracts lined up and completely priced and moved forward immediately.
Bob showed great dedication to assisting us and going the extra mile to make sure we got the deal we wanted and could move forward immediately.
