Bob Rosene and his family moved to Mount Pleasant in 2006 from the Coastline of Maine. After vacationing in the Low Country for many years Bob, Dorothy and three daughters came to their senses to finally get away from that nasty winter weather!
Bob has assisted more than 45 clients in their home purchase or sale of real estate generating 20 million dollars in sales volume. Bob's ability and desire to listen well is foundational to his success. He is organized and formulates cohesive strategies based on his clients' interests and dreams. Having a love of history he naturally likes to do thorough research. Bob has a vast experience working with people. Prior to real estate sales he was an Orthopedic Implant Sales Representative serving surgeons and hospital staff. He also served as National Sales Trainer for the largest Photography firm in the country. He owned/operated a Bed and Breakfast & yacht charter business from a 48 foot motor yacht based out of Patriot's Point Marina in Mount Pleasant. Most of all Bob enjoys building relationships helping buyers and sellers find the optimal investment property or primary residence in the Charleston area.

In this day and age of people taking short cuts, Bob Rosene didn't. He went above and beyond what my normal expectations are of a real estate agent. Bob was our agent in a 6 month short sale purchase. We live out of state and Bob kept in constant contact with all the players of the contract and kept us well informed of the current situation. He would visit the short sale negotiator on a regular basis to get current information and ensure the sale was at the forefront of her operation.
Since we were out of town, Bob also willingly worked with local contractors we were working with to get them access to the house so that when we did close, we had all of our contracts lined up and completely priced and moved forward immediately.
Bob showed great dedication to assisting us and going the extra mile to make sure we got the deal we wanted and could move forward immediately.
