My business is all about my client. A licensed Realtor® and a licensed General Contractor I utilize the knowledge I have gained; the experience I have garnered in the past twenty something years, combined with the fact that I have lived here my entire life means I am uniquely qualified. I have worked with first time home buyers, folks sizing up or sizing down or those entering the retirement years. Everyone has a different story and different needs. The journey to purchase a home or sell a home can have lots of twists and turns. My job is to make the process as smooth as possible.
Licensed in 1991, I also earned my N. C. General Contractors license in 1996. Decades of experience in the remodeling and real estate industries affords me a wealth of experience. I can help buyers see the soundness of a home and point out what needs attention. I can also advise sellers on changes that can help sell a home, if updates are needed and which projects aren't necessary. Ranked in the 20% of realtors in my firm of 150+ agents is an indicator that I am successful at achieving my client's goals.
When working with a home seller my job is not only to put info on the Multiple Listing Service, but I actively prospect to find a buyer! I use the vast amount of technology available and utilize tons of other marketing tools, but I also make multiple contacts with my extensive pool of realtors with whom I have working relationships to make sure they are familiar with what I am bringing to market. Let's face it, no one wins if I don't get your home sold.! I am making a financial investment as well as an investment of time and energy. And you are entrusting one of your largest assets to me to get it sold, so the commitment you get from me is serious!
Buyers are the lifeline of the real estate market! Listening to what is important to my buyer and then locating the right home and community (which is just as important as the home!) is a hugely rewarding part of my job. You know what you want and I know where to find it. My job as your buyer agent is not just to FIND you the home but help you BUY the home – which entails great negotiating skills as well as navigating all the tasks to get you to closing!
Finding the right for fit for your listing agent or your buyer agent is important! We are going to be working together to achieve the same goal so you want to be sure you have trust and confidence in the person you partner with. Let's get better acquainted!
