Boris was extremely patient and professional. He made sure he found me the best property and helped me sell my last property for a significant amount over list price. He is a nice man with a great family and understands the importance of value and price. I was willing to sell for less, but Boris made sure we got the extra money over list. I will also respect and admire that. Most realtors would just take the deal at list price and move on. That's the kind of person he is. Always trying to get the best for his client. A+ review!

Boris has great knowledge of South East Florida condo market ( our condo is in Broward County). He demonstrated excellent work ethics during entire purchasing process. He communicated with us timely ( early or late of the day). As a matter of fact, we signed contract on Easter Sunday ( before more offers came in to the seller). Boris deeply involved our buying process , closing process and prep work before we moving in. We come from Michigan. No relatives or friends in South East Florida. Boris made our moving in very easy and pleasant. We highly recommend him and his team.

He is agood guy wich respond fast when you have some questions and very service minded. When we we asked for properties in the area we where intersted in, he very soon understood what kind of taste we had and he did not waste our time to show us condos or houses that did not fit our inqurie. besides his always in a good mood.

I recently closed on a home in East Hollywood thanks to the help of Boris. I met him at an open house where he was the listing agent. I was actively working with an agent who I had known for years therefore at the time, I was not looking to change realtors. However, after my interaction with Boris I realized that he was very experienced and knowledgeable about the market. He was very detailed and purposeful in his questioning asking not only questions on what I was looking for in a home but also questions to make sure that I had the right financing in place before we moved forward. At this point I had been house hunting for a few months and was getting nervous that my dream of getting a home wouldn’t happen, but after speaking with Boris I decided to move forward with him as my realtor, confident that he would deliver. Working with Boris was very refreshing, he was patient, listened and understood my needs. Every home we viewed checked most of the items on my wish list. He even pursued a short sale property I had been interested in whereas my previous realtor was not comfortable tackling it as it can be a complicated process. He was able to put me in touch with a very experienced mortgage broker who helped me obtain prequalification for my unique financial situation. When it comes to making an offer, Boris does his research and understands the right strategy to negotiating the best offer on your behalf. If we ever have to do it again, he will be our go to for any future real estate transactions. I would highly recommend him with full confidence.
