My name is Brad Nelson, a professional real estate agent you can ever count on.

I represent home buyers and property sellers of all ages in the following South Dakota cities: Sioux Falls, Brandon, Hartford, Crooks, Tea, Harrisburg, Lennox, Dell Rapids, and Baltic, SD. 

I particularly love working with first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and downsizing homebuyers/sellers.

What motivated me to become an agent?

I have always had a fondness for real estate. Tracking the local housing market intrigued me from an early age. Later in life, I bought and sold many properties working with several agents. I wanted to implement a more humanistic and client-oriented approach in my real estate practice.

As an agent, I believe in directness and professional courtesy. 

Based on my personal experiences, I wish to design my services, the home selling and buying process, to be as enjoyable a ride as possible. For this reason, I would like to consider myself a calming presence. In addition, I intend to eliminate all stress-inducing factors that usually a real estate transaction implies. My clients will genuinely enjoy the smooth and hassle-free journey.

I take pleasure in addressing my clients' real estate-related questions, concerns, and inquiries along the way. Besides, I believe in the free flow of information. Thus, home buyers can objectively look at the properties they're interested in. And later, they can make an informed decision on their home purchase. 

On the other hand, I ensure that home sellers receive the result they were hoping for. I advise them to try walking in house-hunters shoes and see their real estate through their eyes. This approach will result in unexpected improvements to the property, which will get them the highest returns.

My professional ties to the area I work in

I consider Sioux Falls, South Dakota, my second hometown. I have lived and worked here for the past 15 years. 

Promising business prospects and economic development are top priorities for my community. To help facilitate the growth of my city, I became an active member of the Great Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce.

Moving to this one-of-a-kind city was one of the best choices in my life. I absolutely love the charming and family-friendly people of Sioux Falls. There's something exquisite about the air's quality here: it's fresh and invigorating. Besides, you can always find something to do in Sioux Falls if you want to!

Personal details     

I have been happily married for 41 years! I cherish my three beautiful daughters, sons-in-law, and nine grandchildren. We also have a four-legged companion, a friendly Schnauzer called Baxter.

In my free time, I enjoy working in my yard and taking long and refreshing walks in my beloved city or breathtaking natural surroundings.
