Stan and Brenda are good people who can be trusted with your purchase or sale. They have been working in Topeka for a long time so they know all the neighborhoods. Rather than just sitting back and letting us get the MLS emails, they brought to our attention the house we ended up buying. They believed it would be a good fit for our family and were indeed correct. We love our new home and are very grateful to them for helping us find it.

Stan was great to answer any and all of our questions quickly and honestly to ensure us that we got the house we were really wanting. He listened to what we were looking for and gave suggestions to houses we may not have seen yet by looking online ourselves.

My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the service we received from Stan and Brenda Zimmerman. They not only helped us to find the home we are in now but assisted us with finding a better real estate agent to sell our previous home which was sitting on the market for 16 months.With a combined 41 years of experience, it showed in not once but twice steering us a way from home disasters when we were getting anxious about finding one. He was friendly and easy to work with, found options that met my demands and was always available to show me the homes I wanted to see. I was a first time home buyer and he was extremely informative and very patient when I asked questions. I would definetly reccomend him to anyone looking for a good home.

Additionally, they are extraordinarily adept at being creative when they encounter an unconventional situation to help get the deal done. As a first time home buyer. I was full of questions, doubts, and excitement. Stan and his wife, Brenda were awesome!! They walked me through submitting an offer, negotiating with the seller, setting up the home inspection, negotiating on the results if the inspection, and everything else up to and through the closing. I could not have received more support or better guidance in buying my first home!
