Before becoming a Realtor, Brian worked in the banking and finance industry for nearly ten years; he also had the experience of owning his own small business in the restaurant industry, running a small pizza and sub shop in Medford, MA. In 2010 Brian made the move to Naples, which he describes as paradise.  Brian is always looking to learn, and is eager to get his name established in the Naples real estate market.  To that end, Brian immediately began 2015 by obtaining his Broker's license. With his previous work history and business sense, his love of the area, and his genuine drive to help, Brian is confident he will make your real estate experience an informed and easy-going transaction.

Perfect experience! Brian was very responsive, professional and got us the deal we wanted. He's a very experienced realtor, and found us several homes in the area that met our criteria. Brian found us our perfect home, and in a very competitive market.

Brian started showing me property 5 years before I actually bought. He was patient and kept me informed constantly of the various market changes for the area in which I was looking. Brian worked tirelessly with me and educated me about different neighborhoods in Naples. This, indeed was incredibly helpful as I was relocating from Boston.Since my purchase, I have referred many of my friends to him. He never disappoints. He provides the same level of service and patience whether the buyer can spend $300,000. Or $3,000,000.You can’t go wrong by having Brian represent you.

Brian was referred to me via a friend in Boston and he was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to end. Easy going but informed manner, very responsive, and extremely patient. He also has a solid team of professionals working with him and referred out wonderful others too. Highly recommended!

We would not have been able to buy our dream home without Brian. He patiently helped us in our home search until we found the property that met all of our needs. Then when the purchase almost fell through due to problems with financing, Brian was resourceful enough to find a mortgage company that made it all happen in record time.

One of the best, if not the best ..experiences I have ever had with a Real Estate Broker. And that's a big compliment coming from a licensed Realtor of 18 years from out of State. Attentive, Knowledgeable, Responsiveand professional..to name just a few characteristics. And besides that, within 2 days into process showed us a perfect match for the property, life style and value we were looking for. Do yourself a favor and talk to Brian Giacomello if you are even considering any kind of move.

Brian was the consummate real estate professional. We executed this sale from a distance and Brian could not of been more helpful. Brian is expertly skilled and he was dedicated to the process. I particularly appreciated that Brian answered his phone LIVE every time that I called him. No voice mails or call backs, no waiting for a question to be answered, live on the phone every time to address whatever concern that we might have. His knowledge of the local real estate market was exceptional and his historical knowledge of the complex that we bought into was equally exceptional.Responsive, knowledgeable, attentive and professional, if you are looking to buy in SWF, Brian is your guy.
