About Brian Schrader

I am originally from the small town of Chestertown, MD, but feel fortunate to call Wilmington my home for the past 17 years.  I came here to study Bio at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and never looked back!  I graduated with a BS in Biology but quickly found my niche in the real estate world.  There are so many aspects of this area to appreciate and admire... beautiful beaches, historic downtown, plenty of outdoor activities and a warm climate year round!  Some of my personal hobbies include surfing, fishing, kayaking, and playing/coaching lacrosse.  My wife and I currently reside with our 2 children just outside of Wilmington in the Leland area.

In my years of real estate experience, I have helped many families and individuals make the transition to this great coastal lifestyle.  I look forward to working with you to help fulfill your own coastal living dreams!
