About Brian Smith

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to get to know me as you make a decision for the realtor you want to represent you for your home needs.

My name is Brian Smith and I have been a licensed Realtor® since May 2014. In that time, I have closed over 100+ real estate transactions and have become a top producing agent in my office.

I specialize in helping buyers and sellers that want to buy, sell or invest in residential real estate in and around Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. These areas include Avondale, Buckeye, El Mirage, Glendale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Phoenix, Sun City, Surprise, Tolleson, Waddell and Youngtown.

My most recent accomplishments have been recognized when I earned the 2016 and 2017 #1 Sales Associate - Volume Closed Awards in Arizona for EXIT Realty.

I have been a resident of the west valley of Phoenix since 1994 and served in the United States Air Force, retiring from Luke AFB after 21 years.

Thank you in advance for the opportunity to be your real estate agent of choice. I look forward to meeting you soon.

"I'm always just a phone call, text or email away to help with your specific home needs."
