Brianna took us to several properties to visit until we found the ideal place. Very helpful, very willing and friendly. It is already our private real estate broker. We live in Brazil, so we had to travel to Orlando during the year until we found the home we liked more. When we met her, we informed the type of house and the type of area we would like to find. We visited about 7 locations and found what pleased us in Lake Nona, Orlando: a large area surrounded by greenery and the house was built on the site. We were very happy with the purchase and all the support Brianna gave us. Even after signing the contract, Brianna helped us choose furniture and equipment and took us to several stores to choose the most suitable one. Im a young professional who was moving to Orlando from out of town, and needed a place close to work. Brianna made it happen. She helped me bid on a great place within 2 weeks and I closed shortly thereafter. I was referred to her by a family friend after having a terrible experience with a generic zillow realtor who tried to get me to bid on a house without even walking through it. Brianna knows the market, helps negotiate, and is a great ally for first time home buyers like myself. She guides you through the process, and answers messages/calls promptly. Orlando is a cesspool of bad realtors, but now that you have met her you do not need to look further. Her experience, patience, and kindness are first rate.
