Brooke assisted us in selling a rental home and was very helpful in getting us the exposure we needed. In addition to her negotiating advice, she helped by working with a staging company to well present the property after our tenant moved out. Brooke had thorough knowledge of the surrounding area and local comps to price us right for the market. We ended upselling over asking and I feel Brooke's direction helped us get there. I would highly recommend her for any future sales or purchases we may have.

We worked with Brooke to buy our first home in Long Hill Township and could not have asked for a better realtor! As first time home buyers, we had tons of questions and between all the emails, phone calls and texts Brooke was extremely responsive and patient and walked us through every step of the process. Brooke is very knowledgeable in her field and offered us suggestions to help us along the way. We had some issues arise during our final walkthrough and Brooke worked extremely hard to help get the issues resolved and remained calm during a very stressful situation. She even checked in on us after we moved in to see if we needed anything which was so thoughtful. We Thank Brooke for her hard work and would definitely recommend her!

We purchased and renovated a townhouse in Madison. Brooke was able to secure a signed lease within 3 days of marketing at $200 above asking rent. There were some obstacles that we were able to overcome due to Brooke's tremendous communication with us and the tenant. She pays attention to detail and is very proactive in her approach. We highly recommend working with Brooke!

Brooke was incredible to work with!!!She was super responsive and professional. Brooke was very patient and helped us see many homes and put multiple offers until we landed our home. She was very accommodating to our work schedules that required around the clock communication. Brooke was also very respectful and a knowledgeable realtor during the housing crisis. As this was our first home buying experience she was able to answer many questions and concerns we had and put our minds at ease. Brooke is a warm and knowledgeable realtor who was extremely helpful during both a difficult purchase and house sale. She was extremely responsive and solution focused when any issue arose.
