Bruce Small delivered more than I expected from a Realtor. He became a friend to my wife and I. He guided us through all the in's and out's of buying a home. This was important to us, as we were first time home-buyers and also new to the DC, Maryland, VA area. He never gave us any snarky responses that most Realtor give when you ask basic home-buying questions. He was extremely flexible with our schedule, and would meet with us right away. He is always on time and punctual. We are sad to end the home-buying journey with bruce. But we certainly are happy to continue our friendship with him. I would recommend Bruce Small to all my friends and family and to people looking to buy any type of home from entry-level homes to high-end homes. Working with Bruce was the smartest thing we did when buying our first home! He helped us navigate the tricky process of 203k financing and was always super accessible whenever we had questions or needed his help. It was always great to spend time with him, whether waiting for a contractor to show up or taking all-day house tours across DC. Bruce was extremely professional, good-natured, fun to work with, trustworthy, encouraging, and kind. He's a warm-hearted person who really wants to help you find the home that's right for you. There was never a time I felt rushed or overwhelmed. A great sense of humor goes a long way when you're driving around northwest DC looking for a parking space! He was great at answering questions and was very communicative, which impressed me considering how busy he probably is these days! I know he did a lot to advocate for me during the processing of putting in and offer and negotiating and I think I got a much better deal as a result of his hard work. My parents were also involved in helping me search for a condo/co-op and they felt that he was really on our side and a good person to guide us through this process--so this isn't just a review from me but a review from all three of us. Anyway, Bruce was awesome and I totally recommend him.

Bruce was the best Add-hoc Add-ON I did with my home purchase (Auction). Bruce is outrageously talented in his craft, dedicated to his work, very passionate to job and goal at hand, understands the buyer needs well, proactively leverages any situation making it so easy. I needed someone to match my overdrive and high octane spirit and someone who would be far more knowledgeable than me to show that conviction of 'making it happen'; & I give 10/10 for Bruce to be that ONE AGENT who will make it happen! Bruce you have definitely won me on your side not as a client but as a friend. It has been such a pleasure to have worked with Bruce. He walked us through the whole process with utmost patience that helped us further to make an informed decision. He had worked as a contractor before. And, that was a huge plus point. Hence, we were able to find a house with strong bones. He made us see multiple homes at different locations without any qualms. This gave us an idea about what was there in the market. There were no time/date issues with him. He wanted was us to decide on a house of our choice.
