Bryan was awesome to work with! He knew the area we were looking at well and was able to find us the perfect home. He has excellent negotiation skills and was able to work out all of our concerns and get us the deal we wanted. Bryan made the process so easy. He recommended a lender, who was also awesome to work with, and provided recommendations for companies to make the changes to the house we wanted. We came into the home buying process with a lot of questions. Bryan was very patient and thorough to explain the different aspects of the home buying experience. When we were looking for a realtor we wanted someone who knew the area, was open with us regarding the feedback of a house and was good at negotiations. There were a couple of instances where a house was on the market for only a few days and you have to be ready to make a move or pass. Bryan was available for regular calls and in case he was out of town, made sure someone in his team was available. He also worked very well with our lenders to make sure the process was smooth. Bryan made sure the decision came from us while giving us his input and insights. He also had chats with the sellers team and understood their needs to make sure our offer was competitive and attractive. We are thankful to Bryan for helping us find the right home and for steering us in the right direction throughout the whole process. We consider it a blessing that we got a realtor like Bryan.
