Ohio-born Bryan Halda went to school in Florida and has lived in Miami for the last seventeen years of tumultuous growth and change in Miami real estate and lifestyle.

As an owner of businesses and real estate in Florida and property Developer in the Bahamas, Halda has learned all sides of the businesses of real estate. He identifies with buyers in their searches for the property of their dreams. He has full empathy for the seller in his search for the perfect sale.
