I am always interested in hearing about good deals on investment properties and Buddy has proved to be a great resource for me. He does all the work I used to do myself of sifting through what is out there so that when he comes to me with a potential investment opportunity, I know that he has already investigated the property to make sure it is a good deal for me. He also has great connections in the market and with other realtors, so many times he knows what properties are going up for sale before they are even listed.
