I spent 22 years in Lexington Kentucky in the rental business. Buying and renting single family homes brought me into contact with a large part of the real estate community in that area. I thought over that period I had met some very fine professionals.In 2010 I decided to follow my daughter and her husband to the Asheville area. I made up my mind that this was going to be the final relocation of my life and therefore I wanted to 'get it right' Knowing how particular I was my daughter put me in touch with the realtor she had worked with to find their home. Lucky for me.'Get it right' is exactly what Camilo Monroy did. Camilo made me immediately feel as if I was his #1 priority. He took a great deal of time to find out exactly what I had in mind, only showing me properties he had thoroughly researched.I appreciated his ability in previewing properties before showing them to me. This saved me a great deal of time and energy.I have never been more impressed with an individuals preparedness and knowledge in their respective field. But Camilo is the type of person would have excelled in whatever his chosen field had been.I can honestly say I have the greatest respect and admiration for this man. Camilo was very helpful and proactive in getting my real estate sold. He also got me a price that I needed to help with our next move. He used the internet, published marketing and open houses to move our home in timely manner. I will definitely use Camilo again whether to buy or sell a home.
