Cari is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is kind, classy, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! She guided us through the process of buying a home with grace and patience. We had the privilege of working with Cari twice in the last two years first to buy, and then due to health reasons need to sell, our “snowbird” condominium in Scottsdale. We live in Massachusetts and in 2021 as a buyer during Covid, thanks to Cari, we were able to do everything remotely. If she or we would see a listing meeting our parameters, Cari would go to the property ASAP and either FaceTime with us while walking through it, or would send us a video. During that seller’s market, you had to be right on top of things, and move quickly with a contract in order to have a chance at getting the most sought after properties. Indeed, our contract was one of about four offers. We are convinced that had it not been for Cari’s tenacity, experience, and personality, we probably would not have gotten that condo.In 2023 when we realized that we needed to sell the condo, we from Massachusetts of course contacted Cari right away. She immediately went over there to let us know what needed to be done in that by now more of a buyer’s market to get it sold for top dollar. She then arranged for a painter, handyman, etc. to quickly get the condo ready to put on the market. Cari stayed on top of things with open houses, phone calls, and whatever connections that she had until we (relatively quickly) got a contract. Even then, she went to the property countless times to meet the buyer’s realtor, supervise companies that needed to do a bit more work, and to get various things taken care of for us. We just closed on the property never having to go back there ourselves.Cari went above and beyond what can be expected from any realtor. Our only regret is not having a reason anymore to be in contact with her!

Cari Dandy is a savvy realtor who handled our complex transactions in a cross the country move. Due to COVID restrictions and limitations on travel, we bought our home without actually seeing it in person, only by Zoom, with Cari Dandy. We contacted Cari Dandy when we decided to relocate to Arizona. From the "get go" Cari was immediately on the job, working to find us the right home to meet our requirements. Cari took on our relocation project with focused interest and boundless energy. Whenever we called Cari, or sent her a note, she was exceptionally responsive. Cari expertly researched and crafted a list of properties which she personally took us to when we came to Arizona for the house hunting phase of our relocation. In a short amount of time she helped us find the perfect home in Scottsdale. Working with Cari was the best experience we could've imagined. We were out-of-state sellers with limited time in town; she was quick to respond to our needs in marketing our property. Cari personally staged our home, scheduled several photo sessions and published our listing within a short time frame. Through her efforts our home had an offer within the first several hours of being on the market! She oversaw the buyer’s inspection and, through her, negotiated the repairs required, found tradespeople to complete work in timely manner, and she was on site to oversee the work to its satisfactory completion. Cari made us feel like we were her #1 priority and we felt like we have made a new friend. Her expertise certainly mitigated a stressful event.

Cari was everything one could ask for in an agent, and more. She is friendly, responsive, professional, prompt, courteous, and good humored--delightful to work with. She did an amazing job of helping to stage my house, even bringing in her own decorative items. Watching her hang a picture was like watching a master--everything was careful, precise, placed at the perfect location. Cari Dandy is the ultimate professional. She took time to review my home and made suggestions to maximize the potential of the property. She was never pushy in terms of suggestions and let me determine the ultimate course for preparing my home for sale (her suggestions were completely effective and "spot on"). As I progressed through the process, I felt I was her only client at the time ( actually, she had 12 closing the same week I sold my house). While I employed Cari's suggestions, she continued to evaluate the market and potential listing price. The final listing price was $35,000 more than we initially discussed. My house sold for full list price the first day on the market. After the sale, Cari diligently explained documents at closing. I have never been more impressed with a real estate agent for the professionalism, detail and warmth during the entire experience. I can certainly see why she is in the top 1% of all agents in the Phoenix area. Excellent! I would hire her!

Cari has been wonderful to work with. I was a first-time home buyer and she walked me through the whole process. Cari did a great job presenting houses that met my criteria. And she did a fantastic job scheduling house tours very quickly as soon as I expressed interest. She was very patient and answered my countless questions. She is incredibly responsive and works very hard to ensure the home buying process goes smoothly. Cari is a fantastic communicator. She made sure that all parties involved were on the same page. And I never felt anxious that we were about to break contract. Cari is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. And very knowledgeable about home improvement as well.
