It is not just the buying or selling of a home, it is the experience throughout the process.

For sellers, I perform a market analysis to provide you with data that will allow you to determine the best selling price for your home. Then I help you prepare your home to be placed on the market through recommendations or a referral to a specialist. I take a number of photographs of your home that will present the amenities in the best light possible. I advertise your home through a multitude of websites that results in great exposure to the market. I show your home to prospective buyers. I negotiate the sale of your home with your best interests in mind. I take the worries and stress off your plate and get you to the closing table through a stress-free process. Then it is time for you to be in a buying mode and you can see below what I will do for you as a buyer.

For buyers, we talk about the amenities you wish to have in a home and the area of town you would like to be located. I analyze the market and come up with a number of properties for you to review and visit. Once we find that perfect home for you, I negotiate your terms with the seller. Once your offer is accepted I help you find the perfect financing for your purchase. I coordinate the various activities you will need to complete during the buying/financing process. Then I get you to the closing table and celebrate with you as I hand you the keys to your new home.

I am not new to the real estate market. For 18 years, I helped purchasers obtain the financing for their new homes. Now I am joining the exciting part of the process for selling or buying those homes.
