Professional background

I worked as a marketing administrator and quickly found I had a passion for helping clients find what they are looking for. I started in administration for a real estate company. I recognized that I was passionate about meeting wonderful people and helping them with their home leasing and ownership dreams. It was a great surprise to discover I had an aptitude for working in the Real Estate Industry. Hence, I became a licensed agent, and I’ve been in real estate for approximately ten years. 

History with clients

I found it a pleasure to help clients around the Greater Boston area find their wonderful homes. Subsequently, many of those clients have returned 2-3 years later to purchase homes using me as their local trusted Buyer's Agent. With my background in leasing, I have easily helped them buy their new home, and I’ve seen them happy with their success. 

 

As a team with my partner, I have managed a boutique rental & property management division, including hiring, training, accounting/payroll, checking deals for accuracy, and advising landlords on how best to maximize their rentals. I’ve also assisted clients in finding and securing great rentals. I have managed 13 units (properties) for owners, including the accounting and physical management of the units. 

My skillset as a real estate agent

Working hard and diligently for my clients is first and foremost in my professional approach. I am great at going through and evaluating property values to provide my clients with the most information they can get about their potential purchase or sale. I give them detailed information about what may win the offer and help them net the most money in the end. 

My strengths are my determination, persistence, local knowledge, and detailed negotiation skills. Those help me complete profitable, value-added, and successful deals with my clients, helping them best strategize and accomplish their real estate goals and dreams. 

 

I like to think long-term with my clients, and I love to work with repeat customers to build longer-term successful relationships. I have had longer-term collaborations with landlords who have later decided to have me help them profitably sell, upsize or downsize their investments. Some of the investors I’ve worked with were using 1031 Exchanges and other investment vehicles. I personally like to invest in trustful long-term relationships that benefit everyone. 

What makes me different as a Real Estate professional

I worked hard on building skills ever since I started my career. I am highly proactive and communicate frequently and well with my clients. I love the details, and I make sure to go through everything in depth with my clients to get the most successful purchase or sale for them! This approach and building my skills have helped me become a top-notch buyer and seller agent. Due to my rental market knowledge, I also work very well with investors. 

What drives my passion for real estate

Helping people maximize their buying power and helping investors and homeowners get the best results on their sales. These are my top priorities.
