I found Carol after using a web search and coming across a site that recommended agents in Phoenix; Carol stood out immediately because she has a list of certifications that was more than double the other agents on the site. In particular, I saw that had a Seller Representative Specialist certification (SRS), and since I was helping my parents sell their home, it seemed obvious that I should interview her. After researching, reaching out to, and interviewing four different REALTOR options, our family chose Carol because she understood investor buyers who pay cash for houses like our own, and she made a solid argument for having a listing price that was higher than any other REALTOR suggested. Carol actually showed me her reasoning and the numbers. Although we were already interested in selling to an investor, she also ran through the option of improving the house on our own, and then selling the house after. I appreciated that she let us know all the options, and my parents decided to sell to an investor regardless.Carol was fantastic to work with after we decided to hire her. Her sense of how to describe the house was perfect for the investor market, and every step of the way she was patient with my parents’ limited availability and answered all our questions. She also seemed to always be on the clock, which I appreciated but never expected from her. After all was said and done, our humble home had over 47 offers, and the majority were over list price; It was clear that Carol was working like crazy to deal with all the phone calls, emails and texts. Although our experience reflected the current market more than anything, it was such a relief to have Carol on our side to help navigate each offer, and to identify the red flags and opportunities. It was a huge benefit to have Carol guide us, that it was easy to decline an offer to engage Carol in “limited dual agency” (which I don’t recommend regardless).In the end, our house sold for a great price, and I really think that if we had gone with the other options we wouldn’t have seen the same results simply because they wanted to start the list price lower. Carol’s confidence and reasoning for positioning and pricing the house the way she did, made the difference, and her hard work and expertise made navigating the multiple offers easier. I can’t recommend Carol Duffy highly enough. You owe it to yourself to at least schedule an interview with her, and if you hire her I’m sure she’ll earn your earnest review too.

Carol Duffy is a pleasure to work with and the consummate real estate professional. She knows marketing and financing and provides a personal approach to your buying or selling needs. She uses statistical trend analysis to ensure the seller and buyer receive a fair deal. Her Christian beliefs and values would allow nothing less. I would recommend her as the agent of preference for any real estate transaction.

I found Carol to be not just a real estate agent but a devoted and friendly person as well. She was more focused on making sure that we were happy with our decision much more than she was concerned about her earnings. Her life experiences have set her a step above and we are very happy that we were fortunate enough to contact her first.

Carol came highly recommended by our mortgage broker. She knows her stuff and has gobs of patience. Both great qualities in a real estate agent. She makes herself available even at late hours which was helpful when we often had questions that would have otherwise kept us up at night wondering. She is not pushy, and listened to our feedback on the many homes we looked at during our search. She is proficient at her tasks and is great with kids. She is family oriented and she listened to our kid’s input as well when we looked at homes. She understands the family dynamics and how they play an important part in the home selection process. She looks at the whole picture, not just the “house” itself.

I highly, highly recommend Carol to anyone who is in need for an agent to help them sell or purchase real estate.

Having dealt with Carol on many occasions, I can say that she is the ultimate real estate agent.. She is patient, not pushy, knowledgeable , and best of all AVAILABLE!!. As a real estate investor, I come across properties all the time.. being first to the table with an offer is crucial. In the past, I've use agents that didn't really make me the priority.. not the same with Carol. She answers the phone when it rings, and she's there for me when every I need her.. I wouldn't even thing of ever using another agent.. She doesn't always have the answer, in fact no agent does, but as quickly as she can, you questions will be answered, and when she does, it's good accurate information. As an investor, I've purchased and sold over a hundred different properties. It's important to have your "Team" in place.. Real Estate Agent, Lender, Title Company, Contractors, Termite Inspectors, etc.. My team would not be complete with out Carol.

Really, I have NOTHING bad to say about Carol- she was with us every step of the way giving us advice and wisdom from her years of experience. She helped us out through quite a rough sale with lots of twists and turns. I recommend her to anyone and everyone I can. She not only wants to sell you the perfect house and help you every step of the way, but she cares about your families needs. She even bought us a housewarming gift of natural cleaners as she knew I was pregnant with my first child and harsh chemicals would not be so great for me to clean with. She goes above and beyond for her clients. HIGHLY recommend her.
