When I landed a job in DuBois, Carol was my first call. She knows the real estate market in this area better than anyone. She has the most experience and is the hardest working agent in the region. In August, 2015, Ms. Carol Foltz helped us to sell a house that was on the market since April, 2014. The listing price was in the upper category for the region where our house situated. Ms Foltz was the third agent we consulted for the difficult sale of the property. We did not signed a contract with the first agent, while we did with the second one. Carol is great at standing by you through the entire process of buying a home. She in knowledgeable about everything related to her field.
