Carol Lawson was wonderful to work with. My husband and I were moving to Georgia from Wisconsin and really did not know much about the area. Carol selected homes for us to view that were within our budget and close to jobs and amenities. She was very quick to respond to inquiries we had and was always sending us new listings. She really did help us find the perfect home for our family.

We spoke with several realtors before speaking to Carol and from the first phone call it was clear that Carol was the right person for us. She's on top of it, honest, and puts in the work to get you the right house. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions, but Carol was there to provide us with guidance along the way. She was able to identify what wish list aspects were most important to us (even before we did!) and found us a home that exceeded our expectations within our budget. I also appreciated that she isn't afraid to let you know about things that could be problems down the road for resale value. We couldn't be happier with how smoothly the home buying process went in large part due to Carol. We only saw part of the effort she put in to the process, but we know she was doing work behind the scenes to move the process along. When speaking to others who have bought homes recently about their home buying experience, they were surprised to hear how about how invested Carol is in the process. I'm so glad that we got the opportunity to work with her and highly recommend Carol to anyone looking to buy/sell. If we need help with another transaction in the future, we'll be calling Carol.

Carol really took the time to get us the best deal possible for our new house. She was extremely prompt and put in a lot of work to get in the house as fast as possible.

Recommend HIGHLY. I've bought four homes, and been a part of the decision-making on four more. Of ALL the Realtors I have dealt with in buying and selling, Carol is the ONLY one I would recommend again, without qualifiers. There were some I would definitely not recommend, and some, under some circumstances. But Carol I would recommend highly, for anyone, buying or selling.Her insightful knowledge of not just the area, but of us (the buyers) and of the homes, was amazing if not telepathic. She was so fast and professional - knowing time is a valuable resource and a limited one for my husband. She wasted NO time, maximized our viewings, quickly abandoned a place if it seemed in any way not what would do. She could size it up after just a few homes with us, where we could maybe compromise and where we definitely could not - even before we could!We wouldn't have found the house we bought and LOVE, if not for her. It was not on Zillow or any of the listing sites - SHE scouted it out and got us in immediately in a tiny window of time between a previous buyer's deal falling through and before it got back on the wider market. She worked MAGIC in dealing with price, closing, punch-list items, dates, inspections. As I said, I've been a part of 8 home buys and 6 sales, and NEVER has a Realtor done as much (unprompted!) on our behalf. I look back now and am so mad at every other realtor I've used in the past twenty years! This is not hyperbole. I rarely ever give reviews - but Carol is head and shoulders above the rest, I want everyone to know it and use her. We bought a dream home, for less than we had feared we'd have to spend, and everything went SO SMOOTHLY. We kept waiting for a shoe to drop, but she smoothed the way at every turn, and all we had to do was show up and be happy.ALSO, she SOLD my condo for me. She talked me out of expensive / time-consuming work *I* thought I would have to do. She told me specifically what to do with the place, I did it, and I had two viewings before it went on the market, and a solid offer the day after. More than I thought I would get for it!! It was a tricky kind of sale, with a funky HOA and other issues, but Carol worked through them ALL without my having to lift barely a finger. I cannot overstate how wonderful the whole experience was, using her as our representative. Had I known it could be this easy (not my experience with every other Realtor!), we would have done it a year ago!!She is a dynamo. We do a "Carol Kick-Down" fake judo-chop move when we're making fun of how she GETS.THINGS.DONE., but really, it is a sight to behold, seeing her in action. This is not to say IN ANY WAY that she rushed us or pushed us - quite the opposite!! She was as patient as Griselda, and when we despaired of ever finding what we wanted in our price range, she was so encouraging. She did not try to talk us into loving something that wasn't quite right, just to get us off her hands. She TRULY wanted to find us "The One" - and though it took weeks and weeks and weeks of her time, she was always positive, professional, gracious, and encouraging. Again - she is AWESOME.If I could give extra stars, I would!
