Carol has assisted us in buying and selling 3 properties. She has been our realtor since 2004 when we bought our first small condo. We sold that and moved to a larger condo; we sold that and moved to a house. She consistently found us exactly the type of property we wanted, in the price range we wanted and never tried to sell us on anything we didn’t want. When the sellers realtor did not adhere to the terms of our agreement she fought successfully to make it right at the closing. She was quick to point out both the good and bad features of a property so we knew exactly what we were getting. When selling our condos, she was spot on when suggesting a selling price. She offered suggestions as to how to make our condos more appealing to a buyer. She had a cadre of contractors to whom she referred us, all of whom did excellent work at a fair price. We found her to be a good listener, communicator, and quick to respond. We have recommended her to several people who had good experiences and outcomes. As far as we are concerned, we will always engage her expertise and services if ever we sell and buy again.

Carol was in believable to work with I have purchased two homes with her and sold one. Carol made purchasing both home very easy and she was very detailed in explaining what would we be the best for my investment. I had little or no contact for the sale of the home I had. I have recommended her to many people and will continue to as I believe she is top notched and there to help her client and not line her pockets.

Carol has been our Realtor to sell two homes and purchase two homes. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and if she didn't know an answer she found it for us. She was patient when showing us homes and helped us get top dollar for our condo when we sold it. Helping us navigate through a multiple offer situation. My experiences with Carol were outstanding. We owned a second home which we rented. She gave us great suggestions on what to update and change before we put it on the market. The pricing was spot on! The home sold after being on the market for 30 days. Then we sold our primary home and went right back to Carol for her assistance. She was on again on top of everything. We had made upgrades already but she had ideas to make it look even better. We were on the market this time for 6 weeks and moved! She understands the market and the clients!
