She listens to what you want and need. She is always friendly and very professional. At no time does she pressure you into making a decision. Any questions you may have (i.e. taxes, utilities cost, etc.) she either knows or gets back to you with the information immediately. We have used her 2 x and would definitely use her again if we decide to move.

We wanted a home but worried about affordability so we asked Carol to help. It was through Carol's negotiating ability that we were able to get a great home within our budget. Carol was with us for every step in the process including negotiations, settling details, recommending incredible vendors, and pulling together loose ends after the sale. This was the second home we purchased through her so we had confidence that she would do a great job. And she did. Carol is a dream to work with. We highly recommend her.
